Ori is an organizational development consultant. She holds both degree in psychology and a master’s degree in organizational sociology from Haifa University. Ori provides training and consulting services in human capital/workforce development. She has over 10 years of experience in the field of organizational development and leadership effectiveness. Her areas of focus have been leadership, executive coaching, positive psychology and change management. Ori works with management teams from leading organization in both private and public sectors, who want to move their organization forward, and realize their potential.
