Irene Njobvu

Irene is the country director for Hutzpa Zambia. She has extensive experience in multi dimensional rights based program development management. She is a Development Specialist with expertise in community development, social accountability, advocacy, human and children’s rights, resource mobilisation & grant management and innovative management.

With this background includes work as a resource person behind running of organisations like Plan International, Children International, Actionaid Zambia and development of strong linkages with government, bi-lateral donors and public sector. She brings value of strong insights to start-up of Innovative development work which supports platforms that promote participation of women and youth in their own development processes as an inclusive approach.
