In the program, participants actively engage in innovation projects that necessitate their deep immersion into exploration of innovation ecosystems. This entails conducting in-depth research and investigations, compelling them to take a profound dive into the concepts and tools essential for domain expertise in innovation. The following are four categories of projects which participants are to choose from:

  1. Case Study on Successful Innovations: Conduct in-depth case studies on successful innovation stories, analyzing the factors that led to their success and extracting lessons for application in different contexts.
  2. Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Research: Examine the entrepreneurial ecosystems in different regions, identifying key elements that contribute to or hinder the growth of startups and innovation.
  3. Innovation Policy Analysis: Teams could analyze and compare innovation policies in different countries, assessing their effectiveness and proposing recommendations for improvement.
  4. Future Trends in Industry X: Teams can forecast and analyze future trends in a specific industry (e.g., healthcare, education, technology) to help guide innovation efforts and investments.


This is a 5-day virtual bootcamp during which time participants are given a wide range of tools for problem solving, to inspire and initiate innovation while working with a multidisciplinary team. Bootcamp is facilitated by global experts and industry leaders.


This is a 3-month research phase during which time teams are assigned projects to explore using tools they have been given. At this stage, they also receive lessons from experts on how to manage public sector innovations.


This is the induction bootcamp. Another 5-day immersive training where participants learn how to scale up innovations and mainstream solutions. In this in-person bootcamp which shall be taking place regionally across Africa, participants are given tools for effective communication and on how to lead innovation.

The programme is practical-oriented and is taught from customer, business, and societal perspectives. It is targeted at recent graduates, emerging corporate leaders, mid-level executives in charge of product or company strategy, and unit heads.
