Ayinoluwa Kolawole is the Head of Strategy at the Young Innovation Leaders Fellowship, Nigeria. She is a media and communications strategist with quantifiable experience in organizational communications, partnerships and brand marketing. She has a double Bachelor’s Degree in Adult Education and Communication and Language Arts at the University of Ibadan, where she also served as the chapter Treasurer, Nigerian Universities Education Students’ Association (NUESA), Faculty of Education. She possesses a professional certification in Project Management In Global Health from the University of Washington, Seattle, Washington. She has experience working as the Director of Partnerships, TedXApata, where she developed corporate and organisational partnerships with major brands in Nigeria for the organisation’s maiden talk in 2018; and as the Media and Publicity Head, She Needs A Pad Project, an initiative of One Voice Initiative For Women and Children Emancipation. Ayinoluwa has served as the Head of Partnerships for ACE Nigeria; a leading nonprofit promoting environmental sustainability and circular economy in Africa.
