Innovation Expert

Avi is a facilitator at the HELP Fellowship. He is currently the HP Indigo innovation platform Manager. He is in-charge of an innovation system that taps into the collective intellect of the entire HP Indigo workforce with the goal of creating new revenue streams for the company by optimizing and making bottom-up innovative ideas a reality, in addition he helps to solve business challenges by using open innovation. For four years, Avi served as the Data Analyst for HP, Israel. Before then, he was the Director of Information and Processes Department in Bank Leumi, one of the largest banks in Israel.
